Baltimore Aircoil stimulates the development of its employees and we commit to offering them a variety of development initiatives. |

One of these initiatives is a project on ‘Mensgericht ondernemen’ (human oriented entreprise) for which we have submitted a dossier to the European Social Fund. The ESF has approved this dossier (ESF 2007 – 2013 Doelstelling 2 – Oproep 213 ‘Mensgericht ondernemen’). |

For this project we set up a structured course for our production leadership team. The goal is to offer them the tools to lead a department in a successful manner, in a fast changing macroeconomic climate. |
